Refund policy

At Dhakshi Store, we ensure quality products. However, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted ONLY if:
     • The product has a manufacturing defect
     • The product received is damaged during transit
     • The wrong item was delivered

❌ Not Eligible for Return
We do NOT accept returns for:
     • Change of mind
     • Size issues
     • Color preference
     • Minor design variation
     • Used or damaged products after delivery
     • Sale or discounted items
     • Customized products

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim any refund or replacement:
     • A clear 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.
     • The video must show:
          • The sealed package before opening
          • The full unpacking process
          • The product clearly showing the defect/damage

Without proper unboxing video proof, refund or replacement requests will not be accepted.

⏳ Return Request Timeline 
     • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
     • Requests made after 48 hours will not be considered.

📦 Condition for Return
     • Product must be unused.
     • Must be in original packaging.
     • All tags and accessories must be intact.

💰 Refund Process
     • Once the returned product is inspected and approved,
     • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
     • Refund will be credited to original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect.
